No equipment? No problem!
You can get a great workout without any equipment. Not all Hutton Health workouts require equipment, and for those workouts where you need some extra resistance, there are many objects around your house that you can use – water bottles, tins of beans/tomatoes/soup etc.
If you decide, as your progress with your programme, that you would like to introduce equipment into your routine, we can help you look into what is right for you.
Yes — many of my clients prefer to work out from home. I can create a program using bodyweight exercises or minimal equipment, so you can build strength and confidence in a comfortable environment before ever stepping into a gym (if you even want to!).

The Hutton Health app is all run from one main home screen which shows you all of your daily activities, your stats and the access to your direct messages if you need to contact Janice! If you need any help then we are on hand to show you how to find what you need.
There is no such thing as ‘fit enough’ to start an exercise program.
Everyone has their own level of fitness, whether you think you are a complete beginner or have some level of experience, Hutton Health believes ‘exercise’ is for ‘every body’.

That depends on your goals and availability. Most clients start with 2–4 sessions per week, which are delivered through an easy-to-use app. You’ll also get regular check-ins, progress tracking, and support to keep you accountable.
Yes — unless you're local and choose in-person support. Most clients love the flexibility of online coaching because it fits into busy schedules and removes travel or gym anxiety.
